TECHBOLIC SOLUTIONS (PRIVATE) LIMITED is currently looking for a highly motivated HR Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including interviewing and selection techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Proficient in HR software and systems for record-keeping and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A passion for fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee engagement and development.
• Experience in educating and coaching staff.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
• Experience in monitoring and evaluating employee performance and provide feedback and coaching to support professional development and growth.
• Experience in managing payroll process.
• Ability to give presentations.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
