Job Description

TECHBOLIC SOLUTIONS (PRIVATE) LIMITED is currently looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our software company by securing new projects and clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. Leveraging your experience and industry knowledge, you will engage with potential clients, build strong relationships, and promote our software solutions to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Prospect and Lead Generation:

  • Utilize your industry contacts, network, and market research to identify potential clients and project opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking events, and other relevant channels.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

  • Understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients to effectively position our software solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to showcase the value of our services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their ongoing requirements.

New Project Acquisition:

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and project closure.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and project scopes to clients, tailored to their specific requirements.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle with a focus on achieving and exceeding project acquisition targets.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify opportunities for new projects.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to position our software solutions effectively and differentiate from competitors.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and ensure smooth project transitions.
  • Work closely with the project delivery team to facilitate a seamless handover and ensure client expectations are met.

Sales Reporting and Performance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, track progress, and report on sales activities and achievements regularly.
  • Develop and execute strategies to overcome challenges and achieve ambitious new project acquisition goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record of successful new project acquisition in the software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of software products and services, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
